BOSSBRO

Don’t dig in.
Three cards.

Overtime, layoff, injury, a complaint. No brief. One card: the situation, then the steps.

No ID, phone, or account numbers. BossBro is not a lawyer. Just the line, first.

Tap a card. Stop names the line. Act is a checklist. Find picks the desk.

01

Stop

§12(1)(4) is a serious breach of the contract or work rules, which can end the contract without notice. §12(2) gives thirty days from the day of knowledge. Supreme Court 110-Tai-Shang-12 dealt with one: a dismissal past those thirty days was unlawful. Published holdings also read “knowledge” as certainty after checking, not a one-sided accusation just heard.

Find

The full note is on the case shelf, the thirty-day card. If the letter is not sent, a lawyer should see the dates. If it is sent, do not add a new charge in the chat.

Soften the words first.

Paste screenshots and a short account. Huan does not take a side or pick a winner. She turns the volume down and names statutes worth checking.

Labor Standards Act × Civil Code

Every article, beside the Civil Code that is in force.

The wording is fetched from the national law database. The special statute goes first. The Civil Code fills only what was not written. Not a conclusion.

What is BOSSBRO?+

BossBro is the employer-side desk, made in Taipei. LawBro helps a person read a daily problem. BossBro helps a business see the situation and the steps. One question, three moves: stop, act, find. Not a lawyer. No verdict.

Is an answer legal advice?+

No. Cards are situations and common steps. The mediator only softens the words and lays out the dispute. Official articles live on the national law database. Official judgments live on the Judicial Yuan site.

Can I stack several problems?+

No. Split attendance, layoff, and a harassment complaint. One card each. If the chat has already gone hard, take it to Huan.
