01

Stop

§13 of the Gender Equality in Employment Act tells the employer, once it knows of sexual harassment, to take corrective steps, investigate, and give necessary help. §32-1 is the complaint to the employer, when it may go to the local authority instead, and how the time limit runs. §13-1 is a different line: if the inquiry finds serious harassment, the employer may end the contract without notice within thirty days of knowing that result. “May” is not an instruction from this card.

Find

If the person named is the top officer, or the employer does not handle it, the complainant may go to the local authority. The business’s own desk is the labor bureau, not a family chat.
