Stop

The first sentence of §13: during medical treatment under §59, the employer may not end the contract. The exception is a natural disaster or other force majeure that stops the business, and the authority has approved it. Supreme Court 112-Tai-Shang-2711 opened a §12(1)(4) termination that happened during treatment and sent the case back. The compensation structure in §59 does not switch off because the worker was careless.

Put the medical proof, the treatment dates, and the date of any termination letter on one sheet.Split compensation into medical care, wage compensation, and disability. Whether labor insurance offsets any of it follows the article. This card does not calculate it.Fault, lateness, and work rules go in another folder. Do not lay them over the treatment line.
