Wages in §2(3) are about pay for work, and about regularity. The label does not decide it. §22 is full, direct payment. §26 bars withholding wages. Labor Incident Act §37: a payment the worker received because of the employment is presumed to be pay for work.

Put base pay, fixed allowances, and the bonus manual together. Circle the items that appear every month.A deduction needs an agreement or a statute. Find that line. If it is not there, mark “none.”Do not open the chat with “that was a favor, not wages.” Wait until the papers are circled.

Find

If there are many items, payroll should reconcile them before anyone talks about mediation. This card does not compute the difference.
