01

Stop

This is a records problem, not an attitude problem. Labor Standards Act §30(5) tells the employer to keep attendance records for five years. §30(6) says each day, down to the minute. Labor Incident Act §38 treats the time written there as work done with the employer’s consent.

Find

Start with your own records desk. If the numbers do not meet, or an inspection notice has arrived, then the local labor bureau. Do not post “we had no clock, so your version stands.”
